What makes you different than other property management companies in the Pacific Northwest?
Its really simple. We have been hospitality business owners most of our careers. We have successfully built multiple businesses that have the highest ratings on Airbnb, Expedia, and booking in the region. We are experienced in the whole vacation rental chain, from architecture, design, financials, management, maintenance, and marketing. We have done it all for many years and do it all our selves. I was the architect, designer, and project manager on Native Residence as Michelle was on Luna de Sol Spa and Sol de Luna Airbnb. Simply said, we know what we are doing.
What areas does your property management company service?
Cascade Stays Property Management is servicing the Pacific Northwest. This includes Washington State and Northern Oregon. Specific counties include Whatcom County, Island County, San Juan County, Okanogan County, and Skagit County.
What Services do you offer in the PNW?
Our level of service depends on our customer’s needs. Our core business revolves around vacation rental management, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia.com. We do the work, so the owner doesn’t need to. This includes answering all customer communications along with housekeeping and maintenance scheduling. We take much care in staging the home for photos and creating a listing that guests will love. We will check on your home to make sure inventory is ample and check the house is in tip top shape for guests.
If the home needs some TLC, we can offer a home redesign quote. We will do all the creative planning and leg work for sprucing up your home to reach new guests.
As investors ourselves, we are able to provide an actionable plan for reinvestments into the property to increase cash flow and asset appreciation. The goal is to get the most out of your asset.
How far are you willing to drive in the Pacific Northwest?
Though, we are located in Bow Washington, we are very adept to driving long distances to get work done. Us at Cascade Stays will travel anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. We have put 60,000 miles on our car in 2 years, if that gives you an idea of our driving habits. It doesn’t matter if your property is 5 hours away from us, we will make the drive and have resources in the area for any emergencies. We are very interested in managing vacation rentals in Mazama, Winthrop, Leavenworth, San Juan Islands, and the Olympic Peninsula.
If you have other businesses, how much time can you spend on Cascade Stays?
Through the grace of God, we have this covered. Both of our businesses in Baja California are fully staffed and managed. We go back individually once every couple month for a few days to check in. Usually, one of us stays home so we always will have someone in the area.
Are you willing to come to the San Juan Islands?
Of course! Servicing the San Juan Islands such as Orcas Island, San Juan Island, Lummi Island, and Lopez Island is no issue. We live 30 minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal and about 45 minutes from the Lummi Island Ferry Terminal.
What about the Olympic Peninsula?
We are more than happy to service the Olympic Peninsula. How we have structured Cascade Stays is a perfect fit for vacation rentals near the Olympic Peninsula National Park. We have many tools to make your vacation rental capture that tourism.
And the East Side of Washinton?
We already offer our services in locations like Mazama, Winthrop, Twisp, Leavenworth and others on the east side of the Cascades. Homes in this area are our bread and butter. We know there is a lot of competition for vacation rentals and having a unique and well-run Airbnb is incredibly important.
